Monthly enrolments can be cancelled at any time. You retain access to all Masterclasses and recordings until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. No forms. A single message via WhatsApp (+44 7454 408219) or email (hello@exammasteryinternational.com) is sufficient.
If you enrol on a paid monthly plan and are not satisfied after your first Masterclass, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid Masterclass. No questions asked. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within that window and we will process the refund within 3 working days.
Annual plans are paid upfront. The 7-day refund guarantee applies from the date of your first Masterclass. Beyond the 7-day window, annual plans are non-refundable except in the following circumstances: (a) EMI is unable to provide a suitably qualified Examiner-Led Facilitator for your board and subject; (b) EMI cancels the programme. In either case, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion of the plan.
The individual free trial Masterclass carries no charge and no obligation. No card is required. No refund process applies.
School trials (three Masterclasses for a nominated Candidate cohort) are provided at no cost to the school. No payment is taken and no refund process applies.
