Every Masterclass is led by a current or former examiner for your exact board.
Not a graduate tutor. Not a curriculum-aligned teacher. The person who has set and marked the paper your child will sit in October. We will never substitute a non-examiner without your explicit knowledge and agreement. If we cannot provide an examiner-led Masterclass for your board and subject, we will tell you — and your free trial will be extended until we can.

Every Masterclass is calibrated against the actual mark scheme.
Syllabus content is not the point. The mark scheme is the point. Every session is structured around what the examiner rewards and what costs Candidates marks — drawn from the most recent series. If your child's Masterclass does not reference the mark scheme directly, it should not have been called a Masterclass.

Cohorts will never exceed 15 Candidates. Without exception.
The cohort cap is not a guideline. It is the foundation of the model. Fifteen Candidates generate fifteen simultaneous approaches to the same problem — each visible to the examiner, each calibrated in real time. At 16, the dynamic breaks. We will never allow a 16th Candidate into a cohort. If demand exceeds capacity, we open a new cohort before we expand an existing one.

Every Masterclass is recorded. Available to you indefinitely.
Every session is recorded in full and made available to enrolled Candidates immediately after it ends. There is no expiry date on access. A Candidate who wants to revisit a mark-scheme walkthrough the night before the October examination can do so. We will never gate recordings behind a higher tier or charge additionally for replay access.

Your child's safeguarding is not a footnote. It is a condition of operation.
Every EMI Facilitator holds Enhanced DBS clearance. Our Safeguarding Policy, Child Protection Policy, and Online Conduct Protocols are published in full and updated annually. A named Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is available throughout every engagement. Any concern raised about a Facilitator is acted on within 24 hours — no exceptions, no deferrals.

Your first Masterclass is free. No card. No pressure. No obligation.
One complete 60-minute examiner-led Masterclass at no cost. You experience the full session — the peer dynamic, the mark-scheme calibration, the examiner standard. If it is not right for your child, you owe us nothing and we will tell you why we think that is — honestly, and without attempting to recover the situation with a discount.

You can cancel anytime. We will never make that difficult.
Monthly plans cancel at any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees. No forms. No retention calls. A single WhatsApp message is sufficient. If you cancel, we will ask one question: what could we have done better?

Schools receive three free Masterclasses before any commercial conversation.
We will never ask a school to commit to EMI based on a proposal alone. Three free Mark-Scheme Masterclasses for a nominated Candidate cohort — no cost, no obligation, no administrative burden. The commercial conversation only happens after you have seen the results. We earn the partnership; we do not propose it.
What happens if we fall short
These commitments are specific enough to be broken. If any of them are broken, we want to know. Not because of a complaints process — but because a broken commitment means a Candidate received something less than what we promised them, and that is a problem we need to fix before it happens to the next one.
