EMI delivers IGCSE Mastery Pods — examiner-led group sessions with a maximum of 6 students. We recruit active and former exam board markers to lead each pod. You teach. We handle everything else — scheduling, billing, parent communications, and student acquisition.

Who we are looking for

Active Exam Board Markers

Currently marking for AQA, Edexcel or Cambridge CAIE. The strongest signal of mark-scheme expertise we can offer students.

Former Examiners

Previously marked for a board and maintain subject expertise. Deep mark-scheme knowledge is the core qualification.

Subject Specialists

Qualified teachers with significant IGCSE/A-Level delivery experience who can demonstrate mark-scheme level subject knowledge.

All Three Boards

AQA, Edexcel and Cambridge CAIE markers all welcome. Board specialism is matched to the appropriate pod type at onboarding.

DBS Cleared

Enhanced DBS certificate required before first pod delivery. TutorHunt-verified markers accepted. We do not conduct our own DBS checks — we verify your existing certification.
