You own the academic standard of EMI. You ensure every Masterclass is genuinely examiner-led and mark-scheme calibrated. You quality-assure facilitator delivery, develop the Masterclass framework, and are the person Michael Smith calls when academic integrity is at stake.
- Current or former senior examiner — Cambridge CAIE, Edexcel, or AQA
- Deep subject knowledge in Mathematics and/or Physics at A-Level
- Experience quality-assuring teaching or examination delivery
- Available for regular review calls and occasional live Masterclass observation

Examiner-Led Facilitation
Mark-Scheme Masterclass Facilitator
🌍 Remote · Rolling intake
You deliver the Masterclasses. You are a current or former examiner for Cambridge CAIE, Edexcel, or AQA in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, or Physics. You know the mark scheme from the inside — and you can teach to it in a live cohort of 15 Candidates.
- Current or former marker for Cambridge CAIE, Edexcel, or AQA
- Subject: Mathematics, Further Mathematics, or Physics at IGCSE or A-Level
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to first Masterclass)
- Available for evening and weekend cohorts (GCC timezone compatible)
- Reliable, high-quality internet connection for live delivery

Business Development Manager — GCC

You open school partnerships in the UAE and wider GCC. You understand the British curriculum school landscape, you are comfortable in HOD and Principal conversations, and you can represent EMI with the credibility that a premium academic programme requires.
- Demonstrable network within UAE or GCC British curriculum schools
- Experience in education sales or school partnership development
- Strong written English — all outreach is email and WhatsApp-based

You open school partnerships in South Africa and the wider Southern Africa region. You know the Cambridge CAIE school landscape — ACESA member schools and beyond — and you are comfortable navigating HOD and Principal conversations.

Candidate & Parent Relations
Candidate Relationship Manager

You are the human voice of EMI to parents and Candidates. You manage onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing parent communication — primarily via WhatsApp. You are warm, precise, and you understand that a parent messaging you at 10pm has a child sitting an examination in 90 days and deserves a substantive response.
- Excellent written English — warm, precise, professional
- WhatsApp Business fluency — this is the primary communication channel
- Experience in a parent or student-facing education role advantageous
- Available across GCC timezone (GST/AST)

Operations & Support
Support Team Member
🌍 Remote · Immediate
You keep EMI running. Scheduling, cohort coordination, facilitator liaison, payment tracking, and administrative support. You are organised, proactive, and you understand that when a Masterclass starts on time and a Candidate's recording is available within the hour, something operational went right because of you.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with scheduling or coordination in an education context
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and basic spreadsheet tools
- Part-time engagement to start — with potential to expand
