Version 1.0 · Effective: 1 June 2026 · Review: June 2027
This policy governs conduct on all A-Level Exam Mastery platforms: Wise.live workshop sessions, Discord community, and WhatsApp channels. It applies to all students, parents or guardians, facilitators, and staff.
1. General Principles
All participants in A-Level Exam Mastery activities are expected to:
Treat every other participant with respect, courtesy and dignity
Contribute positively to the learning environment
Maintain academic honesty at all times
Report any concern about conduct to the DSL or via the Report a Concern page
2. Wise.live Workshop Sessions
Students are expected to attend with camera on where technically possible
Microphones should be muted unless contributing
Respectful challenge of methods and approaches is encouraged — personal challenge is not
Recording of sessions by participants is prohibited. A-Level Exam Mastery provides official recordings to enrolled students
Session content, including past paper materials and examiner report analysis, is for enrolled students only and may not be redistributed
Facilitators will not engage in private video or audio communication with individual students outside scheduled sessions
3. Discord Community
All messages must be on-topic for the channel in which they are posted
No harassment, bullying, discriminatory language, or personal attacks
No unsolicited private messages between students and facilitators. Students may message facilitators in public channels; facilitators will respond in public channels only
No sharing of full past papers, mark schemes, or examiner reports (link to official board sources only)
No promotion of other services, products, or platforms without DSL approval
Moderators have discretion to remove content and issue warnings. Repeated violations result in removal from the community without refund
4. WhatsApp
WhatsApp is used for broadcast announcements and initial enquiry conversion only
The A-Level Exam Mastery WhatsApp number (+44 7454 408219) is a team-managed number — not an individual facilitator's personal line
Students and parents should not receive personal WhatsApp messages from individual facilitators. Any such contact should be reported to the DSL immediately
5. Prohibited Content
On all platforms, the following are strictly prohibited:
Sexually explicit or suggestive content
Content that sexualises or endangers minors
Threats of violence or self-harm
Discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
Sharing of personal information of other participants without consent
Impersonation of facilitators, staff, or other students
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy will be addressed in proportion to their severity:
Warning: First breach of conduct rules with no safeguarding element
Temporary suspension: Repeated breach or serious single violation
Permanent removal: Serious or repeated violations, including any safeguarding-related breach
Statutory referral: Where any breach involves potential harm to a child or constitutes a criminal offence
Removal from the platform does not entitle the removed party to a refund.
