These Terms and Conditions govern your use of A-Level Exam Mastery services, operated by Nexus Education Group ("AEM", "we", "us"). By enrolling in any AEM service, you accept these terms.
A-Level Exam Mastery provides online, expert-facilitated peer-learning workshops in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics for students sitting Cambridge CAIE, Edexcel, and AQA A-Level examinations.
Services are delivered via Wise.live (live sessions) and Discord (community). Session recordings are made available to enrolled students within 1 hour of each session ending.
Our workshops are conducted in small groups. Cohorts typically comprise 10–13 students. The marketed maximum is 15 students per cohort. In exceptional circumstances only, and at management discretion, a cohort may include up to 18 students. This is the absolute ceiling; it is not a target and is not applied routinely.
Prices are in GBP and apply globally. No regional pricing adjustments are made. Subscriptions are managed and billed via PayPal.
One free trial workshop is offered to new students. The free trial requires no payment and no card details. The trial session is one complete 60-minute workshop. After the trial, no subscription is created unless the student actively chooses to enrol and makes payment.
Subscribers may cancel at any time via their PayPal subscription management. No email, form, or notice period is required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to recordings and Discord continues until the end of the period for which payment has been made.
A 7-day full refund is available on the Standard and Mastery plans from the date of first payment. To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp (+44 7454 408219) or email (hello@alevelexammastery.com) within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 5 working days via PayPal.
Single workshop purchases (£49) are non-refundable once the session has been attended.
Refunds are not available where a student has been removed from the platform for breach of the Online Conduct Policy.
All students, parents, and facilitators are bound by our Online Conduct Policy. Breach of the conduct policy may result in removal from the platform without refund.
All workshop content, recordings, examiner report analysis, and written materials produced by A-Level Exam Mastery are the intellectual property of Nexus Education Group. Students may use materials for personal examination preparation only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside the enrolled cohort is prohibited.
A-Level Exam Mastery does not guarantee specific examination outcomes. Grade improvements reported on this website reflect outcomes from prior cohorts and are not guarantees of individual results. Our liability in any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the monthly subscription fee paid in the calendar month in which the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
